The medic however does not need either one since the perk has incredible movement speed to a point where zeds wont ever catch up even while he is walking and reloading his gun (when it comes to fleshpounds/ the bosses you can easily exploit the ai by using doors and hiding around corners making them attack in a different direction), also has a starting weapon which is able to stumble all enemies except for the bosses

Yes medics are op (or as i call them the iron man), due to armor regeneration/fast health regeneration rate, overall armor amount and movement speed, especially since most perks dont get more than a 25% damage boost (or anything that is significally higher than that) the medic can use pretty much all weaponry which leads to him having overall the best survivalability as stated above while still dashing out decent damage with off perk guns.ĮDIT: to explain further more, other perks (for example support, commando, firebug) often rely on skills like stumble or faster reload when it comes to their survivalability and weaponry since they cant outrun bigger zeds (while sc is an exception as long as you run in an straight line) and are not able to take huge amounts of damage
